Return Policy

Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels still attached. Items that have been worn or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any associated accessories and/or free items that were included with the order.

Return Procedure:

1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service at info@mabilitas.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You will then receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. Shipping: Carefully package the items and send them back to the return address provided by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

3. Processing Returns: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them. If the items meet the conditions, we will process the exchange or store credit.

4. Exchange or Store Credit: If you opt for an exchange, we will send you the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will receive a store credit voucher for the value of the returned item, which can be used for a future purchase with us.
